I’m having a hard time finding my website on any search engine. I just want to know if there are good books that I can buy/get to learn it. There are some software tools that I see on the internet, but they are really expensive. If I go to trainings, they are more expensive. Please help!

I currently have a website with GoDaddy.com. They have their own website creator program. I would like to make changes to some of the file names and file content to improve the search engine optimization of my website. I am a little confused now how I can do that with GoDaddy or any other hosted website provider…should I get Dreamweaver? Which FTP server do I need to connect to…I would appreciate if you could guide me in the right direction! Thanks.
I am basically looking for ways to FTP the files…do I need to download an FTP client?

I am looking for some Search Engine Optimization tools to help my site rank better. I am not interested in useless stuff or anything similar. I tried almost everything and my site only ranks high for a long tail keywords, but not for my main keywords. Recommend me some good SEO tools!
